Ingredients:
100 g chicken breast 3 cups shredded cabbage 3 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp minced green onion 1 clove of garlic crushed and minced Fresh grated ginger or a dash of powdered ginger Pinch of red pepper flakes Stevia to taste Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Slice cabbage into fine strips and steam lightly until wilt. Drain off excess liquid. 2. Brown the chicken with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Bragg’s, garlic, and onion. 3. Add cabbage, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with additional Bragg’s and serve.
