Ingredients:
150 g sole fillet 2 cups Swiss chard 1 tbsp Bragg’s seasoning and a dash of salt (or seasoning of your choice) 1 slice CarbWise Miracle bread

Directions:
1. Sprinkle sole filet with salt. 2. Place Swiss chard and sole in a foil pouch, sprinkle with seasoning. 3. Close up pouch and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Serve with bread.
