Teriyaki Steak & Sweet Peppers

Ingredients:
100 g sliced flank steak or top round 1 sliced small onion 1 cup slice bell peppers 1 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp minced fresh garlic 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1 pkg prepared Zeroodle spaghetti or fettuccine noodles Pinch of stevia

Directions:
1. Marinate steak with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and stevia for and hour. 2. Spray in a non-stick skillet, brown steak on both sides and remove from pan. 3. Add onion and peppers saute for 3 minutes. 4. Cut steak into stripe and add onion peppers, saute one more minute. 5. Serve over Zeroodle and sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy.
