Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unopened). Please note that customers are responsible for the postage for shipping back the products. For perishable products, it is the responsibility of the customer to claim the parcel from Canada Post. We are not liable for moldy items 2 days after you have been carded for pickup.

If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem.

Customers are responsible for submitting orders with correct address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customer's cost or, if order is returned, total refund will be issued minus shipping charges already incurred.

Note: Perishable goods are not refundable as we will not resell them.
